1. I want an image you don't show... will you illustrate it?

       Yes, as long as it is not copyrighted. So, professional sports team logos are a no. Generally yes to any military aircraft, ship, squadron  patch, insignia. It's best to email the image and we can confirm whether we can do it.

2. Can I change up the design?

     Of course... tell us your vision and we'll work to hit it. We're not happy until you are happy...

3. Does your product contain any lead?

     No, our product is completely safe and free of lead. All of our products are compliant with CAL Prop 65 and FDA.

4. Is the glassware dishwasher safe?

     Yes

5. Will the design ever wear off?

     No, we cut into the glass. The image is permanent.
