For the Delta Air Lines pilot or crew member who has logged the hours on the Douglas DC-8, a personalized whiskey decanter set built to be passed down. We'll engrave the Douglas DC-8 with their name, seat, base, years of service, or any text you choose, then send a digital proof before we engrave.
Delta flew the world's first scheduled DC-8 service, New York to Atlanta, on September 18, 1959, and DC-8s stayed in the Delta fleet until 1989.
We use our round decanter because it lets us make the aircraft as large as possible and keep the fine detail. The set comes with 2 whiskey glasses and can be upgraded to 4. Our whiskey glasses have a thick sham bottom, and we'll even engrave the stopper if you want. Our picture is only an example: we can add whatever text you like, and yes, you can have different aircraft on the glassware.
We can engrave any aircraft a customer could ask for. We have nearly every aircraft you could name, tail art included, and if we don't have it, we'll draw it up. Every set is engraved in our own shop, one at a time.
Give it for a retirement, an upgrade, a checkride, or a first flight, and toast the miles flown on the Douglas DC-8.
