Quality and customer service
This was the best experience, they made customization very easy and sent templates. I over looked the approved spelling of one of my fire chiefs gifts and they are replacing it for us. They shipped out very quick and every time I emailed them they responded within 24 hours. The customer service made this a great buying experience. Once I got the decanters they were made very well and very well packaged. None of them were damaged in the transport.
