We currently ship only to USA addresses, including APO, FPO, and DPO Addresses. We use UPS as our primary carrier. If any of our products arrive broken, we'll rush out a replacement together with our sincere apologies... we will never let you down.
Returns / Refund Policy
We will accept returns of products that are not customized / not personalized if the return is made within 30 days of receipt and the product is returned in resale condition. A full refund will be issued within 5 days, against the credit card used for the purchase.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
We do not accept returns of personalized products.
