Quality Product
Just received the the custom decanter and glassware set. They seem to be of excellent quality and the etching is very clear. Short turnaround and shipping time too if you remember a little too late about that special gift!

Excellent customer service from the start to finish. I proposed a custom design and the design team provided a few options. Due to holiday rush and COVID, the decanter would not arrive in time because of FEDEX. Without hesitation, they item was over nighted and arrived in time for Christmas. The decanter set is of solid heavy glass and the etched design is precise and clean.
