Instructions to Buyers:
1. Select your Option: 3pc Set or 5pc Set
-If you would like additional sides of the decanter engraved, message us.
2. Enter your personalization instructions. Provide as much detail as needed. Any graphics or additional instructions can be dropped into the message chat or emailed to info@bourbonandbull.com. This will place your order in our Mock-up queue for art creation.
3. Standby for the mockup. Avg 2 business days wait time for the initial draft. It will be sent via via the email provided. We will attempt to contact you multiple times.
4. Upon receiving the initial mockup, please review and request changes or state your "Approval."
- Unlimited revisions.
5. If you approve, we will immediately get your order in the engraving queue to be processed. (No going back - double and triple check) We move fast.

I ordered custom engraved pint glasses for my husband for Father’s Day. He was a Crew Chief in the U.S. Air Force and worked on C-130 gunships. He also played on a rugby team while in service. They were able to make a glass with his team logo on it also. I’m impressed!! I can’t wait to give these to him! Also, shipping time was two days for this order. I don’t know any businesses with that turn around time. Highly recommend!
